Returns:
Please be advised, that our products are made to order. Due to this process, all ordered items are created then shipped. Our distributors are unable to accept returns or exchanged items. So customers cannot return or exchange items. To ensure accurate sizing, it is important to follow our product measurement guidelines.
Remember to verify all orders, we are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses. Please notify customer service within 24 to 48 hours if there is an error.
*If a product was defected or damaged due to shipping, please send an email with a legible photo, your order number, and contact information so we can assist you right away.
Refund:
Please note: All refund requests should be submitted in writing within 15 days after the product was received. Any complaints received after 15 days, will not be honored.
If your items were lost or stolen, please contact customer service right away, providing a legible photo of the product describing the complaint, and your order number. Upon review, we may grant you a full refund, or store credit.
All refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, contact your bank or credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can depend on the bank or credit card company.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are final, and cannot be refunded.
